A delegation of Harambee Africa International will leave next September 15th for a monitoring mission in Cameroon, where training activities supported by Harambee are on going. The trip aims to increase knowledge of the country, to ascertain the extent of,effectiveness and the development of the projects implemented and their impact on the social context.
In Yaoundé the Delegation will visit the Sorawell vocational training Centre on tourism and hotellerie and the Association for Women - APF which realizes computer courses for young Cameroonian women from marginalized areas.
A few kilometers from the capital the Harambee staff will visit the Health Guidance Centre which coordinates activities for mothers and children living in rural areas. There, it will be possible to meet people who received care and basic health training courses.
They will also visit the rural districts of Les Hauts-Plateaux and Logone et Chari where there are schools whose teachers attend training courses supported by Harambee.
