Harambee Association’s goal is to promote initiatives in education and development in Sub-Saharan Africa.
SOME DATA
From 2002-2009, Harambee financed 31 projects, allocating a total of EUR 1,177,346.96.
For 2010, five new projects for education and development were decided on requiring another EUR 176,000.00 on behalf of Harambee.
These projects have been set up in fifteen countries of Sub-Saharan Africa- Angola, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, the Ivory Coast, Guinea Bissau, Kenya, Madagascar, Mozambique, Nigeria, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Rwanda, Sierra Leone, South Africa, Sudan and Uganda.
Fund-raising activities carry on.
