Managing the digital presence of a small or medium sized institution is a task that goes beyond the publication of a post or the collection of “like”. Weaving relationships online is a work made of many threads, which give depth to one’s message and relevance to the online presence, so that it can reach – if not many recipients – at least the right ones. The course is divided into two days of work – 7 and 13 February 2020 – during which some aspects of daily digital management will be addressed. Starting from the study of some concrete cases, participants during the course will be led to propose practical solutions for the digital communication of their realities.
The course is intended for professionals working in the digital communication of institutions and non-profit organizations.
