On the thirtieth day of the soccer season (March 19 and 20), all referees of the Serie A matches take the field with a Harambee jersey, supporting the Association and its commitment to Africa. The aim is also to raise awareness of the idea that sport events constitute an encounter and are not meant to be something “against” anyone, thus calling for the same animating principle of hospitality and solidarity.
