In 2016, 32 teachers were able to improve their professional competency thanks to the re-certification courses offered through the Harambee project. They also held weekly sessions for knowledge-deepening, in which 20 teachers participated each time. All of this goes to benefit the more than 200 students that attend Liziba High School in Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo, a country where 60% of the population is under 18 years old while public spending on education does not exceed 6%.
