Home > News > Strengthening the Eastlands College of Technology: What We Do With the Funds Raised.

Providing vocational training in electronics and communications technology to disadvantaged and unemployed young people on the outskirts of Nairobi: by this objective, the Eastlands College of Technology has been working since 2003 to promote employment in a sector (micro-entrepreneurial) that employs almost 9 out of 10 workers informally.

In 2017, thanks to the contributions received, the Institute tripled the number of students enrolled, reaching 429 new students.
The latest official report, for 2017, gives an account of the results obtained, the courses given, the costs and the destination of the funds received.
