By the aim of encouraging a deeper knowledge of Africa and of to promote the values of acceptance, acceptance, sharing and sociality, a call for applications has been published for participation in the third edition of the Harambee Competition addressed to Italian schools.
The initiative, whose participation is free of charge, is aimed at three categories of competitors:
– Primary school students;
– Students of the secondary school of first degree;
– Secondary school students.

The Competition, which aims to reward projects related to Africa, is divided into the following three categories sections:
A. Artistic work for primary school students: unprecedented work through drawing, painting, photography, sculpture.
B. Literary works for secondary school students: unpublished story not exceeding 3,600 characters.
C. Literary works for secondary school students: unpublished essay not exceeding 7,200 characters.

The deadline for participation is 28 June 2019.
