Description
Despite being located in the mid-to-high Lavington area, the LSS is a public school with a population of 503 students mainly from the slums of Nairobi. From January 2020, the Institute will be converted into a boarding school to address the socio-economic problems of the families of the students it serves. At the moment, the School lacks the necessary equipment and materials to ensure quality teaching, especially in the technological-scientific sector.


Activities

The aim is to improve the educational offer of Lavington Secondary School by providing equipment for the technological and scientific classrooms with 40 computers, 50 laboratory stools and material for the Science Department.


Beneficiaries

At least 500 students a year and the school community in general.
