The project trained 30 trainers through means of seminars on teaching methods, psychology and teaching materials. Following this, training courses were held for girls and women, totalling 352 classes over 672 hours. The training enabled those attending to recognize and value their role as mothers and workers.

Description of the project :

The aim of this project was the promotion of the work of women through basic skills training enabling them to set up a studio or workshop and develop their artistic capabilities. The project included courses in basic hygiene, homecare, and personal development, so that they appreciate the value of their role as mothers and wage-earners. It aims at a progressive reduction of the level of illiteracy, and courses are run for all, with no distinction of race, religion, state, or ethnicity.
