Description
F.S.J. is a non-profit association whose members operate in the medical, educational, social and pastoral fields. The region of Lodja has a large number of children who are not in school and a disastrous socio-economic situation of the population in general. The country is currently unable to provide existing schools with equipment and consumables for competent school education. Moreover, school fees are particularly high, forcing economically disadvantaged families to turn their backs on the school.

Activities
The project involves the construction of a school, starting with six classrooms, in a village near the town of Lodja that will allow even the poorest and most disadvantaged children to access education.

Direct target group: 80/100 children from 7 to 9 years old

Indirect target group: other children in the area between the ages of 7 and 11 who will be able to benefit from the various school support programmes

Harambee contribution: 15,000 Euro
